Calling All Plus Size Women - Slim Down For the Summer!
The Cheap Ladies Clothes has arrived and it’s a hot one isn’t it? The summer shouldn’t be the only thing hot, so every summer Discount Ladies Clothes make it my goal to burn some fat off. I’ve been doing this for a few years and I’ve learned something amazing; every year I successfully reach my goal the better my life gets.
The benefits are obvious but I just want to share my personal experience with you.
Besides being healthier I’ve felt more energetic and positive. Since the very first summer I reached my goal (setting goals Cheap Ladies Clothes so important) I’ve started thinking much more positive and positive things have started happening in my life. It’s like once you finally reach your goal you’re free; you know you can do it and you’re ready to take on anything. Once the second year came around I lost even more weight and also quit smoking - it’s that “I can do it” factor that made a difference; it’s hard to explain, it’s really something you have to experience.
On top of that I’ve felt much better about myself; self-esteem is up and I’m a lot more confident than I was three years ago and that’s a really good feeling. Not just confident about my body enough to where a bikini in public but it’s more of an overall mood now. I’m confident enough to approach a guy I think is cute, I’m confident enough to ask for a promotion (which I got this year!), etc.
Here’s the best part and something I never would have thought could happen; I’m turning the heads of guys I never thought would look at me twice! That is a FANTASTIC feeling but what’s even better is when you get a guy, that you think is cute, that walks up and starts flirting with you completely out of the blue. The first time it happened I almost said “wait, are you talking to me?” - it was a weird, yet good feeling.
The key to slimming down isn’t to starve yourself; that’s a very unhealthy way of doing it. On the diet side of things I really didn’t have one, what I did was eat the healthier alternatives to foods I was always eating. What you need, or at least what I needed, was a solid program to follow; setting goals, using a solid fat burning or weight loss program and staying motivated are the only things you need!
Hopefully I’ve motivated you to slim down, get healthier and look and feel better than ever! The feeling is amazing and once you accomplish your goal you’ll feel even better; again, it’s really something you have to experience - I’m sorry but I can’t seem to put it in words.
OH! Something I forgot to mention is the clothes! I was so sick of trying to find plus size clothes I loved, maybe this was part of my motivation I’m not sure, but now I can actually wear clothes I’m comfortable wearing and clothes that look good. If you’re reading this I KNOW you know what I’m talking about!
